Seminar on Important aspects of QA/QC in Readymix concrete at kottayam on 25th September 2019.

Indian Concrete Institute Kochi Centre in association with Civil Engineering Department, Saintgitz College, Pathamuttom, Kottayam and Qcrete Readymix (India) Pvt. Ltd organized a seminar on important aspects of QA/QC in Readymix Concrete on 25th September 2019 conducted at Seminar Hall, Saintgitz. 120 delegates including Industrialists, Builders students and faculties attended the function.

Reebu Zacharia Koshy, HOD Civil Department, addressed the audience and welcomed the day’s speaker, Er. VR Kowshika, Technical Director, Qcrete Readymix India Pvt. Ltd with a brief introduction about him.

Er. V R Kowshika Technical Director, Qcrete Readymix (India) made the presentation on the following topics:

  1. History of Readymix Concrete
  2. Importance of Quality control and quality Assurance of Concrete
  3. Importance of QA/QC while using Readymix concrete
  4. Specifying Concrete
  5. Various admixtures used in Readymix concrete
