Technical talk on Use of Chemical and Mineral admixtures for Sustainable Concrete at LBS College, Trivandrum on 27th September 2019

Qcrete Readymix (India) Pvt. Ltd organized a technical talk on Use of Chemical and Mineral admixtures for Sustainable Concrete on 27th September 2019. The program was conducted at Seminar hall, LBS College, Trivandrum. There were 70 number of attendees for the function including students and faculties.  

Welcome address was given by Er.Shelly S Fernandez, Managing Director, Qcrete Readymix India Pvt.Ltd.

Mr.Sooraj, student LBS College gave a brief introduction about the Speaker,Er.VR Kowshika.

Er. V R Kowshika Technical Director, Qcrete Readymix (India) made the presentation on the following topics:

  1. History of Readymix Concrete
  2. Different types of admixtures used in Readymix Industry
  3. Benefits of mineral admixtures
  4. Proper ways to handle mineral admixtures
  5. Usage of Supplementary Cementatious Materials

After this a question answer section was conducted for 20 minutes. Mr.Sooraj, Student, LBS College proposed the vote of thanks.
